Details

To hem this skirt, it is important to maintain proportions. Separate skirt where lace meets bands. Cut skirt to desired length for each tier. Rejoin top and bottom sections of skirt. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.
