Details

A hand cut hem is easy. Cut to desired length. No sewing needed. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.

In this crystal-pleated tulle skirt, narrow pleats begin at the waist and gradually widen to open at the floor-length hem. Black tulle is layered over a lining of nude jersey for a sheer effect. The waistline is clean finished with a narrow binding. An invisible zipper closure can be found at the center back.
