I bought an evening gown in size 4 and it was an amazing fit. I bought this top in size 6 expecting it to be a looser fit but the upper arms were snug.

Perfect fit all over, except for the sleeves, which were uncomfortably tight -- and I don't have particularly large arms! Given the style of this blouse, there's no reason for the sleeves to be so tight relative to the rest of the garment. Bad design. It's a beautiful blouse, but I had to return it or else not move my arms all night.
