    COVID-19 UPDATE:

    Due to the rapidly changing impact of Covid-19, the state of California imposed a “Stay at Home” Order. As a result, we had to modify our business practices in a manner that may create delays in both shipping and return processing.

    COVID-19 FAQs:

    Can I still order online?

    Yes! tadashishoji.com is still open until further notice. We are enacting safe practices as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and limiting as much contact as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work through delays in fulfillment and customer service. 


    What if I need to return an order?

    Due to the circumstances, we have extended the return window for qualifying in-store & online purchases to May 31st. For urgent requests, please contact customercare@tadashishoji.com. This applies to orders placed between March 1, 2020 - May 15, 2020.


    I am waiting for a refund on a return I already made, when will it reflect in my account?

    We are working to process returns as quickly as possible.  Please be patient with us as we work through these delays. For urgent return requests please contact customercare@tadashishoji.com


    When will I receive my order? 

    We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible.  Due to the extra precautions set in place to protect our warehouse employees, you may experience a delay. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email as well as tracking with your expected delivery date.


    Are hemming services still available?

    Unfortunately, hemming services are temporarily suspended until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we appreciate your patience as we work through this period of uncertainty.


    What should I do if I had hemming services being completed?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have completed hemming services and the store is currently closed, you will need to wait until our stores reopen.


    Why hasn’t customer service gotten back to me?

    We know that getting in touch with a customer care agent has been very difficult during this time. For the health and well-being of our colleagues and community, we have instituted the same workplace restrictions that many of you are coping with at your jobs, schools and beyond. We understand that this is a very stressful and anxious time for all, and we send our sincerest gratitude to the loyal customers who have shown us kindness and patience. 


    When will Tadashi Shoji retail stores re-open?

    As we observe the ever-changing landscape surrounding COVID-19 there is no definite answer to this question. Tadashi Shoji retail stores will be closed until state and federal laws lift all shelter-in-place orders.
