Domestic Returns

As a company known for its fit and quality, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept a return following the guidelines below:

Merchandise must be shipped within 15 days of the delivery date.

A 20% restocking fee will be imposed on returns of 4 or more items within a single order.

The fee will be calculated based on the total retail value of returned items greater than 3. As a courtesy, the fee will be applied to the lowest priced item(s) first.

Final Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another size in the same style and color depending on availability. Fragrance & Cloth Face Masks are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK LATER THAN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Special Order merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, we recommend you send them to us in the original packaging.

Items should be in their new, unused condition, with all garment tags attached and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, odors and pin marks.

Items not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

US returns made with our prepaid UPS return label are free of charge. For all other returns, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser. Processing may take up to 10 business days to complete. After processed, refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your bank statement depending on the method of payment used.

Please note: We only process returns for items purchased via the online store. Merchandise purchased in-store must be returned to the boutique. Merchandise purchased from department stores / specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it originated.
