The skirt is finished with a double needle cover stitch. Cut skirt to desired length. Finish with double needle cover stitch. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.

Love this dress. The bust was a bit big and the waist was a bit smaller than expected but other than that the dress was great. I received a lot of compliments on this dress. It was perfect for the occasion.
